Found website while searching for Keto meal plans, Keto Diet Team. Plan was supposed to be personalized. Several questions were asked, and then the plan was sent via email. In one question I answered, I entered I was allergic to almonds, yet my meal plan included nothing but almonds. This told me that the meal plan was not personalized as they advertised. I sent an email per their instructions to request a refund, within 10 minutes of the purchase. They denied the refund, stating they have a 14 day policy and my purchase was made on August 25th. My purchase was made on October 7th. I provided information proving my credit card was charged on 10/7/18 and that their confirmation of the plan was also dated 10/7/18. They continued to deny the refund. They repeatedly used the purchase date of August 25th. I’ve checked all bank records for 8/25, and I do not have any record of making a purchase on that date. Only 10/7/18.
