Kerry Freedman claims himself as a flooring installation professional with over 20 years of experience. We hired him to install laminate flooring for our apartment. On the second day, he said he forgot some materials and could not finish all the work. He asked us to pay him the full amount of money and said he would return in a few days to finish the incomplete work. He did not return on the day he promised after receiving the cash without proving any receipts. Since that day, he has been avoiding answering phone calls or messages.
In addition to the incomplete work, we later found that he had done extremely poor quality flooring that could result in a replacement of the damaged flooring planks, doors, and baseboards.
We reported to the police and sent him a letter to inform him that we are filing a complaint with the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services. He called us the following day and bullied us saying "why don’t you call FBI", "sue me, I will tell you the procedure", and etc, which is really unbelievable.
Please avoid using this man, to save your money and time. Don’t be fooled by his innocent look if you see him on Facebook.
