Type of a scam Employment

A job was posted on Craigslist for Data Administrative Clerk in Charlotte NC but no company address or name given. The pay was $29.00 an hour (red flag). This was to good to be true and it was. The job interview was done online with google hangout (red flag). The person I have been corresponding with is none other than Mr. Alberto Perez. He offer me the job within 30 minutes of the online interview. I asked all the questions regarding the job, the company and even asked if the job was a scam. Alberto answered all my questions like a professional scammer and reassure me it’s a legitimate job. I still didn’t believe him, which is why I’m posting this scam job offer. I did not lose any money to him (thank God) but I want to make sure other job hunters are aware of this job scam. He offer me the following: a check to pay for equipment to work at home, cover my moving cost from Minnesota to North Carolina of 25%, Flexible training hours after my regular working hours and stated that I can resign from my current job after training (red flag).

Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

This individual "Alberto Perez" was offering me a position for data entry for this up and coming pharma company. he told me that he would be sending me a check that i would need to deposit it into my account, wait for the money to be available, to then deposit into a "vendors" personal bank account. I deoosited the check and decided to wait until it cleared to do anything else. when i told the guy I was going to wait until I felt assured the check wouldn’t bounce he got upset and asked me whether i trusted him and told me that if i took too long it was possible the software would run out. I still decided to wait, considering the check was worth $3900.00. Now today, a week after i deposited the check into my account it has bounced, showing that i have been fined for having a fraudulent check. Luckily I did not use the money for anything and it was there to be returned to the bank. I would hate for this to happen to someone looking for a job, who obviously doesn’t have much money to be robbed like this.
