My husband was contacted via phone and threatened with criminal charges if he didn’t immediately pay at least $2000. He was told he owed a balance & accrued interest on a false debt with a bank he had done business with over 10 years ago. After repeated attempts by phone to attain documentation to prove this debt, he cancelled the debit card that NCS was withdrawing payments from. No one ever answered and they returned calls many days later. The last communication included a threat to subpoena him to court. He continued to refuse payment and they hung up. No subpoena ever came and no charges had been filled in our state.
