Type of a scam Business Email Compromise
I saw a charge on my bank account for $300.00 to this site that I’ve never heard of. When I went to the site it’s just pots and pans, some were pretty pricey. I know I have never seen this site before.
I reported it to my bank. I tried calling the number on the website, no one answered and it does not sound like a business phone number because there’s no business greeting or anything. Now the website isn’t working. It says it has been under maintenance for over a week now.
