I ordered a jacket from this site, and then changed my mind and canceled my order. When I had not heard back from the company, I reached out on the social media site. What transpired was a very abusive exchange via Facebook Messenger. The person claims they will refund my money, but not at 100%, which goes against the published order cancellation policy posted on the website. And that was after the person was verbally abusive and argumentative with me regarding the refund. I have attached a document with the companies policy and the exchange had with the person. I truly hope you can help. Also, The amount of money listed below is IF I receive my refund as stated. Otherwise, it will be $53.89.
