On july 8th, 2020, i ordered a ring with a name on it, they took my payment but usps necer recieved the item. Its been shipped for 25 days now but this is what it says (picture below). Ive emailed them NUMEROUS times and im currently emailing back and forth with them due to them being a scam. The ring i bought was only $30 but the price doesnt matter, what matters is that we are spending money on something that we will NEVER recieve.

Made a purchase through this website. Submitted my credit card information and tried to contact them but no one would return my emails to let me know of the complete details of my purchase. Tried the number on google under their information and it was a recording. I saw on the bbb that this business has already been reported. I feel my credit card information is in jeopardy and has been stolen.

I paid 57.93 for a necklace and never received a confirmation number nor a tracking number. I need all of my money back the order was placed on this day of 7/26/2020 so whomever is behind this scam need to refund everyone involved that has been victimized by these scammers that are allowed to scam american people.

I just paid for and Necklace for myself and the money was accepted but no tracking number nor shipping status. Please I need all my money back $57.93… Who Is behind this scam and why are they allowed to advertise if its illegal and a scam?

WARNING! Kate minimalist website is a scam. DO NOT MAKE AN ONLINE PURCHASE. They quickly receive your payment and email you a legit looking order # and confirmation but they provide no info for tracking or shipping status upon check out or on their website. I have emailed several times, no response. The phone number listed on the website is not legit either. I have no way to contact them. I have read reviews on a kate minimalist facebook page, others state similar experiences. I hope this site is taken down immediately so others are not scammed.

I just received my package from them today. It takes time for them i ordered the end of June.

I literally ordered my item early week of March & dude guess tf what it’s alrdy June 22! I’ve been tryna contact them months , weeks , & days now! Then early week of June, they sent me an email saying they “ REFUNDED “ my money back & I called the bank if I got my money back . & DUDE IT WAS SCAM TOO! I never got my money back nor my freakin necklace & I spent like $65 ! I literally js want my freakin money back or my damn item! THIS COMPANY IS SUCH A FRAUD

I placed my order on 4/10/20 It’s 6/12/20 & I still haven’t received my items. After contacting them about 5 times regarding my missing package I noticed the same “apology email” would be sent every time.Also, the tracking information hasn’t been updated since 5/15/20

I’ve ordered from them a month ago and still haven’t received anything! They are scamming people out of there money and all of the good reviews are self made by the person they are not real reviews! They keep send apology letters instead of being honest and saying they are a scam
