We found a house and went and viewed it and everything, filled out renters applications and signed a lease . sent the guy 1000$ to get our keys 3 days goes by and he wanted the other 600 for the deposit before he gave us the keys . so we sent him the money and he told us he shipped the keys that was mon. Night . Tues (next day) I was expecting the keys bc the guy said he over night shipped them and even sent a pic of the fedex package and then when we asked him for the tracking number so we could know when to expect the keys he said he needed another 700$ for some HOA fees and when we told him we werent doing that he disconnected his phone number and ran with our money .
