Ordered athletic shoes on 9/17/18, bank account was debited for $31.50 that day. Received email verifying order # JF23576 on 9/17/18 stating I would be sent an email when shipped. Nothing received by 10/7/18 so I sent an email requesting an update. Another email was sent 10/9/18. There has been no response. I did not realize this was coming from China and was willing to wait for the order but, since the company is ignoring my requests for updates, I must assume this is a scam as it is now 10/16/18 and nothing has been received.
