Jubile skincare Free trial,just pay the postage.. however the page didn’t have any contact or menu, so I did a bit of research and found an official website which had more details. I didn’t come across any problems with this product when I first looked,people are making comments online about this fraud , and I discovered regular amounts coming out of my Citibank debit card which I hadn’t authorised, with names such as, HEALTHYBODWELLNESS, HEALTHLIVE, and the last one
SKINFIT CARE. I contacted Citibank, cancelled the card, and they are looking into it,as I finally worked out the charges must be to do with the free trial.
When at first I didn’t receive a product I emailed, then quickly after that it arrived, and another one a couple of weeks later. I thought they had made an error. a couple of weeks ago another small bottle arrived, which made me check things out.
Apparently the charges are coming from the UK, although I thought it was an Australian ( saw it on a general current affair type program) . I had tried to phone to cancel and inquire,but hold music for 1/2 hour, and the email had no response.
Approximately $600 worth of supposedly free trial. There was nothing free, no trial period mentioned at all. Started about June this year.The free trial page was very straightforward like a landing page, and it does not seem to exist anymore.
this seems to be global, with many different companies and names. I wanted to report this company and skincare name.
