I have an offerup business account and was offered the asking price for my painting. The buyer wanted to do this offline so he sent me a check for far more than the asking price and asked me to send back 1250 which I did trying to do the right thing. He canceled the check which destroyed my business account and cost me close to a thousand dollar loss.
