I placed an order (#19747) for World Tech Toys Const IR UFO Heli Ball X1 and paid them with a debit card in the amount of $20.95. I received a confirmation message for this order. This was in Dec. 2018 I received a long message from them on 1/4/19 saying they were having financial troubles as they were a small business starting out, etc. but they would be sending the product and a tracking date soon. I heard nothing more. I sent a message asking about this and got a message from a support (zendesk) saying they would be checking into this matter and respond. I heard nothing more from them. I have tried in vain to get in touch with both sources but they seem to have disappeared. Our local ScamPulse.com in Birmingham has had no response from them either. I have seen other reports of people who have reported this same problem. I hope this can be stopped in some way.

Made an online purchase on 12/14/18 to joy-toys.com for three items totaling $50.88. Items have not been received but paid for. “Company” responded with a sob story and gave them two weeks to obtain products. Sent another email inquiring about the items and told from “Support” that they were reviewing my claim. Again no response. Out the product and the money.

I ordered a toy (heli ball) for my son for Christmas on December 13 from the joytoys.co website. Both processing and shipping were indicated as 2-5 days. I sent them 6 emails, 4 Facebook messages, and 2 DMs on Instagram — zero response. There’s no phone number indicated anywhere. I posted all over their Facebook timeline (which only covered a span of 10 days — Nov 10 – 20, 2018), calling their business a scam. My posts were deleted within the hour and I was blocked from their page. I immediately had received messages from other scammed consumers stating they never received product and were also blocked from posting on the Joy Toys page.

On January 4, I received an email from Joy Toys, this time the email address was ksd2.klaviyomail.com instead of [email protected] They fed me a line about high demand and being understaffed… and that I would receive shipping information within 24 hours. It’s now January 10 and there’s still no contact.

My bank even had to close my credit card after they investigated Joy Toys and found they were a fraudulent business.

I ordered a toy from this company on December 17th 2018 and still have not received the item. They took the money out of my account the same day it was ordered. I have commented on their social media page and my comment has been taken down and I’m no longer able to comment on anything.

I purchased these joy toys online before Christmas. My kids had seen seen them advertised on Facebook. They looked cool and something different, I thought they would be a fun toy for the kids to play with so I ordered some. They charged my credit card but I never received the product. I emailed them but all I got was a message saying it was received. No real response. When looking back there is no way to contact them except through email! It was a total scam!

I tried purchasing toys for Christmas for my three sons. I was in a bit of a hurry when I purchase these so I did not do my research into the website before I purchased the items. The transaction showed up on our account as toys r us. The company is called Joy toys.

I placed an order to joytoy.com and despite multiple attempts at contacting them re: shipping dates etc they never gave me any tangible information and charged my credit card immediately. I placed the order and was charged for order on December 5th. I have not received any product and no shipping info. Through their website I have tried to cancel my order but have no clue of the status. I only receive a automated response saying they will update my shipping info shortly.

Ordered a toy for my grandson for Christmas on 13 December. Received an order confirmation email immediately saying I would receive another email once items were shipped. That never happened. Using the provided "contact us", I emailed the company asking when items would be shipped and received no response. I emailed 3 more times. There is no business information or phone number for customer service. I now know this is a fake website and fake business set up to scam people. I’m lucky I’m only out $24.95, but I’m sure there are many more people like me out there. Lesson learned: If there is not a listed or working customer service number, don’t order from that company!!!

This "company" heavily promotes its toys via social media, links you to its website, takes your money, never delivers toys and never responds to e-mails or posts. I’ve seen plenty of other customers who described the same experience that I suffered, and also noted that the manager of their social media pages deletes posts and blocks users nearly as soon as those posts go up. I’m out $37.92, but I’ve seen others here posts losses of as much as $500.

I purchased 3 toys from JoyToys on Dec. 14 and received an email saying they would be shipped in 2 to 5 business days and that I would receive an email when they shipped. I sent another email asking about shipment on Dec. 21 and again on Dec. 24, I also sent a FB message on their Facebook page. I have received not responses, no toys and my money has been deducted from my bank account. I suppose I am out of the money. I visited their FB page several times before Christmas to see if anyone else was having the same problems I was, but I guess they were getting deleted before I could read them because now there are lots of messages on there from people with the same problems of not receiving their toys and their money has been taken.

I ordered a helio ball toy from them online and it never arrived. They have ignored all of my contact attempts. I commented on their Facebook page asking why they don’t respond to customers, and they immediately blocked me after deleting my comments. Multiple other people reported the same thing on their page, and they have deleted all negative comments. Clearly they have someone monitoring their page, and yet no one can respond to lying customers. This site is an absolute scam.

They sell the flying ball toys(heliball) and remote control helicopters etc. They’re on Facebook and Amazon. You’ll never get your item. They disabled comments on their Facebook page and won’t respond to emails or Facebook messages. They never receive the shipping confirmation as promised either. Total scam.

Ordered toys for my nephews and kids for Christmas in the beginning of December. Rec’d an order confirmation email immediately saying I would receive another email once items were shipped. Have emailed the company asking when items would be shipped and have received no response in 2 days. There is no business information or phone number. It seems as though this is a fake business just collecting peoples money and not mailing products. When I went on the Facebook page, there is no way to contact the business and there were a lot of comments from people saying the same thing happened to them. Most of the comments are hidden so people don’t see the negative feedback immediately. Ordered, were charged but nothing comes and no way to contact the business.

Ordered a toy for my niece for Christmas in the beginning of December. Rec’d an order confirmation email saying shipping would be 2-5 days. Have tried to contact (3 times by email) and get a very vague generic email back saying someone would contact me but no one does. There is no business information or phone number. It seems as though this is a fake business just collecting peoples credit card numbers and charging them. When I went on the Facebook page, there is no way to contact the business and there were a lot of comments from people saying the same thing happened to them. Ordered, were charged but nothing comes and no way to contact the business.

Takes money and never ships item. Deletes negative comments and reviews on social media and bans those who made them. Scam. Fake online store. Owned by Shopolis, another fake store.
