I ordered a tactical backpack from the website on March 26th. Waited patiently for a month because of "international shipping" and because of this whole covid 19 situation, I truly was being patient. It is now May 13th, and I wrote an email about 10 days ago and another 5 days ago, both were responded to today with a copy and paste Rambling about international shipping and the whole run around. This is the actual email.

According to the tracking number, your order is in the queue of logistics company and waiting for international transit. But there maybe some delay about logistics information because of busy logistics and changeable international flights. You can check it later.

"You can check it later". This sounds like a company who doesn’t care, and is just sending a copy paste email of people who are waiting for products….with no intentions on shipping the product. Mind you I asked for a refund in both the emails I sent prior and there were no mention of getting on in the response.

I also have an open order from 03.06. … the same problems, 2 times tracking ID, now they have a COVID problems…
