Item was won at an auction house. He charged our card and our fraud prevention block declined the card. We told them we’d call back immediately after we contact our CC company. Called back no answer. Next day we call repeatedly finally he picks up and told us he sold the item for cash didn’t want to take the risk they we were a scammer.
