I received a text message asking if we did exterior painting and if we accepted credit cards/checks. When I said that we needed to meet for an estimate he text that he is out of state and needs the job done in order to move his family in. But was happy to pay in advance and without seeing the job.
I seach the address he gave me and the property has being in the market for sale for about a month.
