I ordered a product online. They took my money and ins fee for shipping the product and then did not deliver product. When I call them, it sends me to hold for many minutes and then disconnects. They have answered their phone once and then put me on hold and promptly disconnected me. Now when I call they simply send me to music hold for a period of time and disconnect me.
