This guy, Jesse Sanchez, called my siblings and threatened to garnish their wages. I returned his call in a panicked, although I share no joint accounts with them, nor are they cosigned on any loans, I was concerned about what was going on. He told me I owed Bank of America $2200, but would settle for $1500. I had a BOA account years ago, but never owed them money. At first I’d considered paying, but then he provided an address I never lived at. I monitor my credit closely nowadays, and no such charge existed. DO NOT TRUST S&P Group.
