Order placed online. Received a order number and UPS tracking number. Tracking showed package was delivered. I never received the package. Tracking shows a delivery to an address that was not mine. I filed a PayPal dispute but it was denied. Refiled claim with PayPal including supporting documents only to have them deny it again because they said the shipper showed proof of delivery. Will do a lot more research before ordering online and will never use PayPal again!

This is an elaborate scam website that sells various toys, home and kids products. He placed an order through jerseyeasy.com and it took his money from PayPal. Said delivered 2 DAYS LATER. Never delivered. Used fake tracking # for ups. PayPal did nothing to get my money refunded they just rejected his claim stating that Jerseyeasy said that the product was delivered. With all the complaints on this company why is Paypal taking there word and basically saying that all customers (just look at the list that the ScamPulse.com has compiled) is lying and JerseyEasy is the victim not the consumer, it sound like paypal has a mole who main function is to make sure that the consumer doesn’t their money back and JerseyEasy is free to rip off more person on the internet with PayPal blessing – SHAME ON YOU PAYPAL!

I recently made an online purchase in the amount of 27.54 including shipping for a specific item sold out everywhere and this website Jerseyeasy.com had it in stock. I made the transaction, made sure all information was correct and placed the order. It said it generally takes 5 to 7 days to be delivered. Well on the 7th day of waiting PayPal sent an email with information on tracking the item. We put the tracking number in and it stated that package had recently delivered that morning. We had no packages at the house. Upon further investigation called UPS and gave our tracking number only to find out that package was delivered to a company called *** *** *** ** *** ** *** ** *** *** ***  Which is near me however not my name or correct address. Tried calling the 1888 number and it came up as not able to be connected because this is an international number or they are intentionally left out the last digit. So we also emailed the customer support and no response. Finally we tired the owners email with yet again no response. After all of this I made preparations to cancel card and file a dispute with my financial institution. It is being investigated. Once we established something fishy was up we finally got intouch with the owner of the building, to which he is very apologetic and states he has been receiving alot of angry phone calls from individuals like myself, wanting to know why the company took the money and didn’t deliver the product. He actually informed me that there is no such name nor company working outta his building that he owns, which is where they claim they’re located. They have a main branch as well in NY, so they say but can’t confirm on that. Still trying to figure this all out.

I know now that this website is a complete scam. Problem is, I have proof that it was supposed to come to me and it said it was delivered to that company address. I phoned *** *** about a received package but to no avail they don’t know anything about a random delivery. They stated that there was no local delivery on that date. PayPal deals with this website even knowing all the issues people are having with the scams. PayPal doesn’t wanna refund anything because they have stated that UPS delivered and it was completely different order information not in my name, however under that tracking it states it was delivered. So they (PayPal) refuse to give an issued refund.

I have all my information saved and documented so hopefully my financial institution will back up my dispute on this fraudulent website. If not lesson learned.

Paid through PayPal. You get a bogus UPS tracking number that says your package was delivered by UPS. No package. PayPal does nothing about it even though many people reported the same scam. Jersey Easy is a scam but PayPal is supporting the scam. UPS should investigate how their tracking numbers are being misused. If you made the mistake of ordering from Jersey Easy be prepared to get the run around from PayPal and UPS too. Good Luck getting your Money back from PayPal even though PayPal knows this scam has been reported to them many times. I checked to see if Jersey Easy site was still up right before I wrote this and it is and so is the PayPal option.

jerseyeasy.com is a scam site. On Dec. 2nd, 2019, I placed Order *** for a Nintendo Pokemon game, making payment via PayPal. On Dec. 7th, 2019, PayPal sent me a notice of shipping with a UPS tracking number. When I clicked into UPS tracking, it said the package had been delivered the day before, on Dec. 6th, 2019. I did NOT receive the package.

jerseyeasy.com has an online contact form that, when one fills it out, pops up a link saying "There was an error tying to send your package. Please try again later." One can never get through.

Also, they have a phone number that is missing a final digit. There is absolutely no way to get to them.

They have established a scam system with UPS. The tracking info says that the package was an "Inside Delivery," which we never have in our home. It says the package was received by "GUAY" – no one of this name here, and it says it weighed 37 pounds! For a Nintendo game?

We contacted UPS, who said the delivery shows as having been received, but not to our address. Clearly there is someone in Maine who is in cahoots with the company, receiving something from them. We have filed a complaint through UPS’s fraud center.

I tried to stop a PayPal payment to jerseyeasy, but PayPal refused as they say they have received appropriate tracking information.

UPS has told us that the actual name of the company is *** .

Many thanks* *** ***

Never received my item. Tried emailing and got no response from them. I copy and pasted their phone number and thought I accidentally forgot a number. Oh no I didn’t forget, they are missing a number. I had to go to my financial institution to fill out fraud paperwork to get my money back. This company website needs to be shut down. The only thing they do for you is take your money!

If you look up reviews for Jerseyeasy, every single review is about what scammers they are and no one received the items they purchased. They send fake UPS tracking numbers showing they mailed your purchase that never was shipped and many people have said that PayPal did nothing to get their money refunded either! These people need to be investigated, they are ripping off people big time.

The website Jerseyeasy.com offers discounted prices on products such as toys, household items, electronics etc. The website looks legit. I figured it was a legit website because I saw their contact info, customer service information, and after you check you are sent to PayPal to process your payment. You will then be given an order id and you are able to "check " the status on your order. I checked serval times and my order would say processing, and when I called I found the number to be non working , and the customer service email does not work. After 7 days you will get an email saying that your package was delivered and you are given a fake tracking number.

First of all, this seller needs his profile marked as fraud. He provides a tracking number as if it was “delivered” to the destination I provided. The address I provided him was ***. What he does is he never actually sent a package. He hacks into UPS so it appears it was delivered my my home address when in actuality, this is someone’s tracking number and package all together. I contacted UPs claims and they sent me an email of the tracking numbers actually destination recipient and destination address. The tracking number he provided is actually a package that belongs to Tera *** with a destination address of ***(same destination city). He never sent me a package nor does he intend to send one. He is a fraud, scammer and needs to be shut down immediately. This website leaves reviews for companies and this Jerseyeasy company has over 150 people stating he is a fraud. He changes his paypal receipt name/ email address so that it is hard to track and flag his profile. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.jerseyeasy.com

He needs to be stopped so that other people will not fall into their trash. I paid with PayPal so they are doing an investigation right now. If you use credit card I’m sure they would use it like identity theft. Immediately cancel that card!

Once the order had supposedly shipped PayPal sent an email. After contacting UPs the tracking number provided was actually for someone else that also lived in my town but shipped from a well known company. When trying to contact the seller you will never get a response. No chance in calling as the phone number is missing a digit on their site. Luckily paid through PayPal so they do not have access to my card number. Other reviews show that if you don’t use PayPal they use your credit card to make purchases.

I placed an order with this website and promptly got an automated email that my order was received and would be shipped in 7-10 business days. After a few weeks of the item not showing up, I went to their website to fill out the “contact us” form. When you try to submit it, it says there is an error. So, I went to call them; the phone number on their website is only 6 digits long. I went to email them, but the email address was rejected by the server. I went to send a letter, and it’s a fake address (well, a real address but not theirs). It’s a scam company with cheap prices on kids toys and baby products, but then they take the money and never ship anything and you cannot contact them. I am hoping to get their website shut down – when you google certain kids toys, one of the top 5 website recommendations that pop up!!

Purchased item using paypal. 4 Weeks later still not received and tried to contact them. Phone number is only 6 digits not 7. UPS shows item was fastfood and delivered but never was. Further research shows this has happened to many people who state item was delivered to a different address in same area which UPS cannot disclose. Out $82.93 which will be difficult if not impossible to recover because it is shown as delivered.

Beware! I never received my package! Tracking info states it was delivered but only provides city and state! So since there’s delivery confirmation Paypal is denying my case and refusing to refund me! I called the post office and they stated the package was delivered to an address that is not mine! Not only that but the packaged weighed 1.40 lbs according to the tracking info and the item I purchased weighs over 12 lbs! I told all of this to Paypal and it seems either they are too lazy to really investigate or they are part of the scam. Beware of these scammers! The websites for these scammers are Jerseyeasy.com and icheap.com.

This website appears to be legit while shopping for items and it takes your money just fine but then you receive an email stating your order is on-hold until payment is received. You go look and payment went through however you never hear from them again. When you go to the Contact Us page, there is a partial phone number (missing a digit) and the support email address comes back bad.

I purchased a video game for my son and never received package. UPS stated they delivered it but look like to the wrong shipping address. They are looking into it and looks like they have the wrong shipping address which is part of the scam on this company. I tried to call them phone number too short and email not valid. I then did further investigation into any other scams and found more people having this same issue with them. My credit card company gave me my money back and learned to just buy Amazon.

I originally ordered a Whomping Willow Harry Potter set from the compant Jerseyeasy and paid them through pay pal. They sent a "package" to me, but it never arrived. Turns out UPS "delivered it" but there was nothing to deliver. I have also filed a claim with the US government, paypal, and UPS.

I ordered what would have been a Christmas Present for my nephew from this company. I received an email stating my order was received and my payment was taken from my Paypal account. A few days later, I received a bogus tracking number. I tracked my package only to find that the tracking number, which ended up being a UPS tracking number even though the company stated they shipped it via FedEx, was not found. I emailed the company 2 times with a returned email stating "this email cannot be sent due to recipients email server not accepting emails". I then looked for a phone number for this company on their website, only to discover the phone number listed is incorrect and missing a digit. I fully believe this website needs to be taken down so others are not scammed/tricked. www.jerseyeasy.com is a scam.

SCAM website.. read all the reviews. Purchased a lego set for my son since they had good prices, 10 days later no package or shipping confirmation. Come to find out they said they sent the package the day after I ordered and was delivered. Called UPS and they told me indeed it was not delivered to my address nor did it match my name. Am currently disputing with PayPal to try to return my funds. I am livid.

Jerseyeasy.com is a well-known scam website where the purchaser never receives their products. Doing an internet search of this website reveals sometimes after someone has bought from this site they are provided tracking numbers which turn out to be fake. Disputing becomes an issue as the fake tracking information would say the item is delivered when it wasn’t.
