I made a purchase for a dress online April 15th, 2020 for $32.97. The money was taken from my account on the same day. I received an email stating my order was on the way. As of May 12th, I still did not receive the package. I reached out to them by FB messenger, they responded 2 days later saying they were sorry and my order was already queued for shipment.
On May 21st, I still had not received the package, I reached out again by fb messenger asking for status. They responded 2 days later stating they could not give specific information and they hope I would receive my package soon.
On May 24th I messaged again asking if my order hand been shipped, They responded 2 days later, stating it takes time for a tracking number to be updated due to transportation, customs or manufacturer issues.
On June 4th I again asked for a status, they did not have a status on my order, they let me know it had not been shipped yet. I then asked since my order had not been shipped if they can refund me my money. On June 6th they let me know that they could not since my package was in transit.
On June 17th, I let them know that I still had not received my package as I received an email in April stating my package was on the way and as of June 17th I still had not received anything. I did let them know that I was going to reach out to the ScamPulse.com and let others know not to order from this company.
On June 21st I received a text message that my order from Jemmas Fashion had been shipped.
As of today July 22nd I still have not received my order.
