These people called and said were going to send me a summons and have me arrested if I didnt settle a debt." They claim they are "investigators" with the "fraud department" and they told me I had civil and criminal charges pending and to get out of a court case, I needed to pay them money. They had enough personal information about me to be convincing and even said they were a legitimate business with a high rating with the BBB.
