Trying to collect on a debt that was paid over 8 years ago. Has threatened to "serve me" but has no actual case information. This debt was paid and they are fraudulently trying to get me to pay something that isn’t owed.
Here’s the coercive/bait and hook transcript:
Hi good afternoon this message is for (your full name). (First name) my name is Murray Kelly I’m calling with legal document services we have some legal documents to hand deliver to your address as well your place of employment due to go out tomorrow between the hours of 11am and 2:30pm. They do require your signature upon delivery if somebody will be available at your home over the age of 18 or you wish to have these redirected it is imperative you contact the firm of Lewis and associates at 206-231-6052 reference to the case 349292cv21. Do understand (first name) not receiving these documents does not release you from any legal responsibility and will have an adverse affect on yourself and any payroll. It is imperative we hear back from you within the next 24 hours, this call is being logged today the (current date and year) and will serve as proof of legal notification.
