I ordered a cheetah queen size comforter and pillow shams for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered in November. I received a sleezy cheep piece of fabric in January. I immediately contacted the company. They asked me to send them a picture of it. I did. They sent me back an email apologizing and said they would give me a 15% coupon off my next order. I told them that I just wanted my money back. I haven’t heard from them since after several attempts to contact them I will never order from them again!

Ordered a name brand Queen size linen set; received a knock-off item that was too small for the bed. Their published refund policy allowed a return for a refund within thirty days. When I tried to invoke this policy, the company flatly refused and instead offered me a discount on a future item. It took me 3 months to get Citibank to finally refund my money. This company is based in Asia and will not allow you to return an item. I would avoid at all cost. They sell products that have the same names as products on established web stores, but the items are fakes. Also see their Better Business Bureau review; its abysmal.

What came in the mail, with no return address, was a sticker. Yes, that’s right. I said STICKER. It was paper-thin and only half the size. There’s no way I’m going to put a sticker on my brand-new stainless steel dishwasher. I can’t believe I paid $36 for a sticker that’s worth about a dollar.

My experience is the same as everyone elses’. I paid $90 (black Friday half off $170) for a quality CARPET area rug. Stain guard, color fast, no fading, durable carpet for many years/cleanings. As shown and described on their site. I got a faded color copy of the rug printed on a paper thin fleece-like scrap of summer pajama material. They have 100% negative reviews. 100% of their customers would give them negative stars if they could. Which means they have a unanimous rating of 1 star. Which I hate to call a rating because that would imply that these are merchants. THEY ARE NOT MERCHANTS THEY ARE CRIMINALS. The reviews are really the collected voices of outraged victims- with no justice system to turn to. No entity controlling browsing and internet traffic or domains, and no electronic funds transfer service who gives a [censored] to shut them down. STOP giving them priority in google searches. Does it not matter to google what they do as long as they get a cut of the take for giving them priority in google searches.? PayPal, Venmo, Visa, MC … Start rejecting payments/purchases to this store.

I ordered from these people. I ordered a dachshund area rug. It came. First of all they said it would be delivered by DHL. No such thing. It came by regular mail in a bag that has had the air sucked out of it and all folded up. When I opened it up it was nothing but a piece of [censored] nothing that I would lay on my floor and be proud of. That is what I wanted as I love dachshunds. First of all it wasn’t even the print that I ordered not even close. did they care no they sent a piece of crap. What it reminded me of was those moving blankets they put around furniture to keep it from being scratched. So I got ahold of them right away & then got PayPal involved. I wanted to send it back & I wanted a full refund as it was not as described. and I wanted to send it to the warehouse in California but no no you can’t do that it’s got to go to China and it Has to be mailed back at the post office and it cost me 60 some dollars to mail it back to them before I could get my PayPal money back. To send it back that’s where they get you as it has to go to China. they go by the size the weight and how far it’s going and God for bid they let you send it to the warehouse because that’s closer and cheaper. They are not a nice company they are not a good company they will screw you over royally. I should’ve read the reviews but I did not but I wanted that rug so bad and I could not even get that they will screw you over big-time I don’t think they care what they’re doing as long as I get the money and when they said DHL will deliver I expected a rug with a rubber backing on it all rolled up in a roll and here it comes all flattened out in a plastic bag with the air sucked out of it and I thought what the hell when I looked at it.
Please don’t buy from this company. A terrible experience.

Same as everyone else, bought a $69.95 “rug” that was just cheap piece of fabric sewn onto a rubber backing. It’s more like a bathroom shower rug that you step on after you get out of the shower. On their website they advertise it as a plush rug that appears to be thick. Definitely did not arrive that way, it was folded up and vacuum sealed in the mailbox. And good luck contacting them, you’ll get no response.

When I first placed my order, I got an automated email saying that I’d receive an email with tracking info within 7-10 business days. I give them 12 business days, and still no email, so I contact them asking when my item will be sent out, & they say soon. I give a few more business days and still nothing, so I start feeling like I’m getting scammed. I contact them directly again 2 different times asking for a refund and they ignore me and don’t send anything back.

By this time, it’s been nearly a month, so I go to PayPal and open a refund case, & that’s when they decide to finally ship the item out.

When it got here after over a month of waiting, the item wasn’t what I ordered. I ordered a rug, and they send a thin little blanket. So I open another case on PayPal and send it back, & finally get the refund.

I am a residential interior designer. I wanted to order Pixie Fox bedding for a client and all sources were out of stock (in August). I did an image search and found another vendor, Cuztombox, that was able to fulfill the order. Upon receiving it from them, I soon realized I had been scammed. The Pixie Fox was pixely Fox, and just a duvet. Not the picture shown. I tried to contact their customer service and only get the runaround. They actually have several company names : Cuztomboxgifts, Shelby Brothers LTD., Alex Shelby, Janit Company Limited, etc. At the bottom of one of their websites they have a link for companies to complain about copyright infringement. I have also found a list of customers who have been scammed by these crooks.

It arrived in my mail box in an envelope!! The fabric is so thin. It is not rug material as advertised. The colors in the rug are brown and blue and they stitched a WHITE border around the rug to hold the cheap backing onto the back of the rug!!! I tried to contact them about returning it but their contact email comes back non deliverable and there is no phone number. The company address shows the company is in Ohio but the return address on my envelope says Santa Fe Springs, CA, shipper is MARY. I have learned my lesson. I did not research this enough. The picture of the rug is not at all what I received. I paid $55.00 for this mistake.

We all have been misled with the pictures on this website just like everyone else I was looking for some unique comforter sets and I stumbled across this website I instantly fell in love with 3 Queen size sets and placed my order on the 22 of August to the tune of $224 and it showed on my tracking 5 days later my order was confirmed and shipped coming out of California I finally get them delivered today on the 8th of September and my email indicated that my 3 Queen size sets was delivered and was in the mailbox so I was confused on how they was able to fit 3 Queen size comforter sets in the mailbox until I went and checked and sure enough their was two of the three queen size sets in a white package no bigger than a T-shirt box I opened it up and the comforter is thinner than a windbreaker jacket and the print quality is piss poor and just like the complaints before me there’s no number to contact them and the email just rejects when you send them a message so please stay away from this company because it’s a legit scam

I tried to reach out to get a refund. All contact information from the site is false. There is no way to contact them or return the product for a refund.

I paid about $94.90 for a king size tie dye bedding set from Cuztomboxgifts including $14.95 for DHL Express Shipping. I received an email a day later stating they were getting my order prepared to be shipped. 10 days later I still haven’t received an email stating my order was shipped. I attempted to contact the company via email (twice). I received "Failure Notices" stating the host email address was only for outgoing mail. There is no phone number and the address appears to be someone’s home, not a business. Their Facebook page was also no help, just a bunch of bad reviews and no contact information. This company is a scam. I’m not counting on even being able to get my money back at this point!

Found Viking design rugs in Google search at cuztomboxgifts.com. Purchased two rugs on 7.19.20. Received a confirmation email with a support email link. The rugs were to be delivered within 10-15 days. When I did not receive any further communication, I attempted to email them; the email came back as Postmaster Undeliverable. I contacted my credit card company to stop payment and investigate as I suspected this was a scam. The communication I have received from my credit card company is that this company has not responded.

I searched for Forest Rugs, and Cuztomboxgifts popped up on my feed. I searched and found a product I quite liked. Order placed 7/13/2020, received 8/5/2020. The product came folded in a bag….an alleged 6’x9’ rug. Upon opening I was extremely disappointed with the product. It is very thin, has a backing that is more suitable for a throw. The picture advertising this rug showed a dark border. Clearly in this photo the border is white, changing the whole effect of the rug. I am extremely dissatisfied and hope to prevent other people from making the same error.

I got a confirmation email but I was told I will get another email when it is shipped by dhl. Tried to make contact after 7 days, then after 10 days to inquire about shipping but email came back as undeliverable.

I ordered a Library We Are A Team rug from cuztomboxgifts.com on 6/19/2020. I have not received it even though the tracking information says my 4 x6 foot rug was left in or at my mailbox yesterday. Any e-mail sent to customer service gets an automated response with a signature line saying it is coming from an **** ******* *** ** ****** ********  Inc. The address listed on cuztomboxgifts.com is a residence, **** *** **** ********* **** *****, United States. The phone number (740) 919-7442 is disconnected. Emails responding to my customer service concerns come from random names with no mention of a business name. My bank statement shows JANIT Company received my payment of $79.90 through PayPal. The Facebook page says it is managed in Vietnam, which would more accurately match the broken English e-mails that I receive. I honestly do not know the name of this business or where it is located.I would LOVE to get the rug I ordered as there is a plan to hang it in my school where a wall is being painted just for this rug. However, I would really also appreciate an investigation into the legitimacy of this business. Who truly runs it? Where it is truly located? I am currently feeling like I have been scammed.

I ordered from Cuztomboxgifts because they had a USA address. I am wary of Chinese products. Well, it turns out the items are from China. And the quality was poor and did not match the description. I expected a genuine product and received a cheap knock off. I inquired about a refund and was told I would have to send it back to China and that it would take a long time to process. I’m not sending it back, as I don’t trust they will refund me. They will likely deny they’ve received my item even with tracking. It will probably be "lost" somewhere. Beware of ordering from this scam of a site. It is NOT a USA based business.
