James Ross left a message that he was trying to locate a relative. My relative should contact his office by the end of the business day. He hinted that it involved an Ada County court case (gave a bogus case number) and a deposition would be made if contact was not initiated. No business name was given.
I called the number given to determine the business or entity that placed the call. Mr. Ross immediately answered and gave James Ross Law as the business name. When I accused him of being a scam, he said he had gotten my personal information (name, address, phone, social security number), which he read off, from Ada County.
