Caller reported that he was an attorney, representing a client who’d been in an accident with my parent’s son. Caller reportedly referred to me by name, indicated I’d been arrested and that a plea bargain had been reached with a "gag order". Caller directed my parents to pull $1000 out of their bank account, and go to Target to purchase specifically a $1000 "original gift card through customer service (red card)" and then to call the person back. Caller provided a name and number: James Reynolds @ 509-627-5263, and indicated he represented All-State Insurance.
