Executed by the US treasury intending your serious attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional attempt to avoid initial appearance before magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense."
Called number listed above. Person answering call was a female with a distinct African accent. Individual was rude and knew my name and profession. Told this individual that this incident will be reported to authorities.
