This person is preying on vulnerable individuals who has financial hardship. Hes offering help from a non profit organization that doesnt exist. In the beginning he says he doesnt ask for money but after finding out more about you and your personal debit, he then requires a down payment. He uses a billing management software system by doxo.com as evidence to people that hes paid their bills. Doxo sends your personal email payment scheduled confirmation however, after conducting further research Ive discovered that its easy to set up an account, creditor and payment information yourself. Using the creditor I gave Jamal I followed through the prompts and after submitting payment from a card with no available balance doxo sent me a payment confirmation email. i know no payment is was sent because theres no money in the account. Jamal ask that I send him $150 deposit using money gram. He said to send the money to David Zachery in Georgia. I have phone text and emails to prove this suspicious activity.
