He then explained to me that I was 2nd place winner on a sweepstake for $750,0000, and he was from the Federal Commission that safeguard and over see, lottery and sweepstakes Winners. That I would have to pay 1% to receive the Sweepstake winnings. then showed me a website to prove it was true. and Directed me to another web site that stated I was a Winner.
