I had reached an agreement with Scott Freeman the CEO of ITResources, about how he would provide me with everything I needed to open my Internet Cafe, computers, networking, cabling, logistics and everything, I just had to put in the money. Things started going wrong after I sent him the first payment to start gathering equipment, I started losing contact with him, every time we would talk less and less, until I was completely ghosted, none of his phone lines respond to me, not the email, I have basically lost any contact with Scott and his company.
