While browsing the internet my computer suddenly froze and a message saying a virus had been detected and was causing considerable damage. I was unable to remove the message or log off my computer until I called the number listed. Once he had me on the phone he was very sympathetic to my situation and kept expressing how worried he was that an identity theft was underway. He then showed a list of 6-7 unknown web addresses that had accessed my account. After several minutes of building his case he had his supervisor join the conversation to say they were going to cleanup and remove the virus "Trojan Horse:" which was the culprit they would then install the security/virus protection.

They claim to be technical support to restore your computer, and give you security protection for your system. They remove all your security information and put in their security for $199.00. I called my current company to affirm what Itech told me, and they confirmed that Itechcircle is a SCAM. My company restored my information to what it is supposed to be. I want to send an Alert out to others so they won’t get SCAMMED! Someone needs to put a stop to them! I cancelled my credit card immediately so that Itechcircle could not get any money from me. They keep making annoying phone calls to me, which I ignore.
