Type of a scam Tax Collection
Received a call telling me that the IRS has a lawsuit against me and this is a final notice. The lady that answered said she was from IRS offshore and asked me for a case number (which one was never provided) once I could not provide this number she hung up. I called back immediately and advised I would be reporting the number as a scam as the IRS would NOT be calling my cell phone to advise they are suing me. Beware people!! This number was busy and I tried numerous times to call them back, just so I could advise I was reporting them as a SCAM!!
