I received a phone message on 4-2-16 with a female voice saying it was "officially a Final Notice" from the "IRS – Internal Revenue Service" to inform me that "the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you." It insisted that I call "immediately" "to get more information about this case file" on "our department number 954-812-3649" — which I did NOT do.
