I received a call from the office of David Gray, on behalf of the U.S. Treasury, telling me that I need to call a different number back to discuss settlement of back taxes owed, or I would be taken to court over it. I looked up the scam online to confirm that it wasn’t legitimate, as I know the IRS typically contacts you via letter in the mail.
