He said his name was officer Mark Taylor badge number blah, blah (he gave some number). He asked if I did this intentially. I told him of course not. He said to listen to him all the way through. I stopped him and said I think he’s trying to scam me. He said "I do not have time for this [censored]!" Then he hung up.

I did & it was a loud call center that sounded oversea by accents. While trying to get info I was hung up on numerous times. One person said they were with the IRS and I owed them money for a loan. I have never had a Federal loan so I know that was the first sign. Then they insisted on my name & said they could not bring me up by phone #.

I have been contacted twice from the telephone number of 510 404-7381 stating they are contacting me concerning tax fraud connected to my name. Both times, I allowed them to leave a message and not answer it myself since I did not recognize the number and thought it to be some telemarketer. The first time I dismissed it. The second time I called the number back and it went to a voice mail w/no identification saying it was full and to call back. When I called back, I got a operator from some foreign country and I just hung up. I went online to reverse number identification that identified the number to belong to a J2 GLOBAL COMMUNICATION in Fremont-newark, CA. but it did not give the address as I only paid for basic ID. I googled the company names to find out it was some sort of marketing company and does not have an office listed in the caller’s area. The message left me said to call them b/f this matter goes into litigation before a federal judge. I called back and got a Christina Hernandez who said my voice was breaking up and to call back when I asked company she represented. A follow up call went straight to a full voicemail box twice. My taxes are up-to-date and I don’t owe anything in taxes. It would seems to be fraudulent so I am reporting this as such.

Today, my husband received a telephone call from 1-919-346-8915, telling him that the person was from the IRS and that my husband needed to send in money to pay back taxes or he would be arrested. The person said that my husband needed to borrow money from family/friends or he would be arrested. When my husband said he needed to check with his wife, the person said that the arrest warrant was for my husband only. When asked, the man said his name was "Eric Holder". When my husband told him that he wanted to record the call and he needed the man’s permission, he hung up.

I received two calls this morning from Officer Jones claiming to be with the IRS. He threatened to arrest me because he claimed I owed back taxes. He also claimed that he mailed a letter and I stated I never received the letter. He said he would resend it. He did have my name, complete address and phone number. I am not in the phone book so I have no idea how he got all the information. I hung up and he called back from another number and started using vulgar language that I will not repeat. The first call came from 513-554-3452 & the second call was 334-435-2376.

I received a phone call from a gentleman claiming to be with the IRS out of Austin, Texas. He requested my credit card number so that he could apply a refund (large lump sum) to my account. He provided a authorization number (ND525) that I was to give to Angela Jones, her is 512-696-1538. The caller claimed the transaction would take within 20-35 minutes from the time I give the information to Ms. Jones. I received the call on 3/23 from 512-095-6728 yesterday @ 4:00 PM. Angela called me @ 4:29. She said that thousands of people are calling her regarding their refund, so she was returning my call. I did not give them any information. I don’t know if this makes a difference but they were calling on my Obama phone and I don’t normally receive calls on that phone. They asked what I would do with the money once I received it? Would I use it for my home, pay bills, etc. I did not reply and hung up the phone.
