Type of a scam Tax Collection
I received a phone message on my land line on Wed., 1/6/2016 stating that this in a final notice and they are filing a law suite and to call for information on this case file. They left a call back number of 346-303-9917. I did not return the call. The same day – 10 minutes later I also had a message that stated that they were the FBI Internet Crime Control and that they would be putting a warrant out for my arrest within 2 hours and that I should contact a lawyer and call them back at 518-770-1730 – that I had 3 serious Federal alleged complaints.
They did not state the name of the person in the household they were contacting.
