I received a call from IRP on 7-23-2020 11:57a.m. I didn’t answer, I called her back at 11:59a.m., she (had a non-Cincinnati accent) asked for me, then I they were prepared to move forward with court proceedings, she told me there was collection activity connected to my name and social security number. That’s when I told her I don’t have time for this garbage. And she said, she is signing off on this you need to contact an attorney we will see you in court and she hung up. After she hung up on me, I called back and I said I don’t know who I spoke to but she was very rude, can you tell me her name and get me to your supervisor, she said, ple[censored]d. Then she got on the phone, and I asked she was a supervisor, and she said yes, I asked for her name, and she said Kale-lee and I explained that she was rude, and she said she wasn’t I was rude, and if she wanted to take time to listen what she had to say. She brought up Checksmart.
