I ordered 2 pair of gym shoes in October and it’s now December and no merchandise and the seller keep telling me it’s coming please be waiting. No approximate date was given and it is now 3 week past the date it was suppose to deliver. Ioffer is a scam website and if you got product from them in the past be grateful and stop enabling them to continue to scam others.

In April 2018, I placed over $2000 worth of orders through different e-commerce store front sellers on the platform I offer. After three months of waiting for my orders to arrive, with no Results, I requested a refund from the different merchants and was told to continue to wait patiently for my orders. All, I repeat all, the tracking numbers were fraudulent and there was no carriers detected for any of the tracking numbers that were issued to me from the different merchants. All items were ordered through I offers various sellers but notably were from overseas mainly Beijing China. After many failed attempts to communicate my concerns I finally disputed the transactions with my credit card company whom has finally agreed to refund the money and go after the different merchants themselves. This will take time however grateful I am to my credit card company for refunding my money, it is such a waste of time on all of our ends do you have to go through this if they are not going toHonestly even send merchandise. It has taken so much time and effort and kept my money tied up for over three months and still I have no merchandise and I am still waiting to get some of the money returned to my bank account. What a shame. Do not order from I offer, any of the sellers or storefronts, it is just such a rip off. You will be lucky if you receive one in five or six orders you placed total waste of time. I’m sending it

This company allows sellers to use their platform to sell products and this seller gives incorrect tracking numbers and transit information! When contacted only through the service, no phone number is available they refuse to update customer with correct tracking numbers and refuse to give a refund! They stop responding and no package is delivered after you’ve paid them!
