I initially placed my order around November in 2017. About half a year has passed already and after sending more than enough emails they just pile up excuses saying they’ll 10% refund (and have done this to countless customers, no refund whatsoever and they never mention it again. They apologize and say they contact the shipping department or that the item will be shipped ‘soon’ until they think you’ll give up. They even went as far as DELETING the whole email log thinking I’d forget, so don’t waste your time on this website.

I order a sweater from inuinu.com on march 1st 2018. A month passed and when I requested a shipping update they reassured me that it would get shipped later. Two months later I ask for a refund and they continue to reply with "we will contact our shipping department and get back to you." Every reply I have gotten from them asking for a refund has been met with "we are waiting to hear back from our shipping department" I want a full refund. The last email reply I have gotten from them was may 13th, today it is may 16th they have stopped replying to my emails. This type of behavior has been reported by many other victims that have bought from inuinu.

I bought a jacket online for 50 dollars and they quickly emailed me saying that the order was confirmed and they would soon send the shipping details. This was about three months ago, and I had not heard from them. I emailed them back and asked if there was some sort of mistake and they replied almost immediately, apologizing for the ‘delay’ and offering a dismal 10% off. I still pressed and asked when the shipment would be sent and that is when they stopped replying. I believe this is a scam website and would like a full refund. Thank you.

On June 6, 2016 a purchase was made at http://inuinu.com/. The item (shoes) was on backorder – fine. Received email stating that shoes shipped on July 29th asking to please allow 5-10 days for tracking to be properly displayed, Item was shipped using TnT. Kept trying to track package, no luck. Contacted shipper, tracking number is no good. I have tried contacting Inu Inu several times trying to get answers, the only reply is the auto-reply saying they will get back to me shortly. It has now been 18 days since item "shipped". No shoes, no correct tracking information. This site needs to be shut down. We would like a refund immediately, but no one will answer emails. Also, I have searched and searched for a phone number to call them and cannot find anything. I have even provided my own phone number for them to call me and still nothing.
