They have been calling for months. Telling me My Auto Warranty was about to expire. To add the extended warranty it was $2600 but it’s supposed to cover everything up till 100,000 miles. Good deal right?? WRONG. My ball-joints are shot, so I take the car to the dealer. NO COVERAGE! I sent them a money order over 3 months ago. I never received any paperwork. They assured me they would have me in the system by my VIN number! I started searching through old phone bills for the phone number. They are located in my home state. Awesome right? WRONG AGAIN! Somehow they used normal people’s, like you or me’s cell phone numbers. So when I called it was just normal people who are also mad because this company is using their phone numbers! Now I’m out $2600 and I have a broken car that’s going to cost alot of money to fix.
