Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
They call from a 1-844 number and leave an automated message. When you call back the phone rings for awhile and then a foreign person answers the phone. They say that you’re being sued for nonpayment of a payday loan. When you ask to have documents sent to you they get extremely rude & disrespectful. I asked to speak to a manager. He also is rude and you can hear him laughing as he tells you that if you send $150 he can stop the litigation. I googled the company that they say that I owe and surprise… They’re out of business. These people are somehow able to obtain your SSN and other basic info.
