Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
i was just informed today that both of my parents have received calls and voicemails from the 855-473-0348. I have never received any calls from this number before. They state that I have a claim with them and they tried to call to find out what it is about they refuse to give any info including caller info. I called today 1/14/16 and they state that I owe money from a payday loan and that it is in pre-trial and I have the opportunity to resolve by paying now. I asked that they send me paperwork including a validation of debt and they state that I have already received info. I stated that I have not and need to receive info and they must provide. I was told that they are going to take me to court whether I like it or not. I stated to do so. I again asked that they send me paperwork that the legally must do otherwise I will go to court. He then hung up.
