James Millions from International Gaming Board and luxury co who claimed to be a member of the BBB called a local resident informing her she had won a 2.5 million dollar sweepstakes. Additionally he stated he had already paid the taxes due for the winnings. Over a period of time he asked her to wire money to various locations and she felt to do so as he would continually state he was on his way to deliver her winnings.
