They hacked and duplicated an Instagram account of someone I know and trust. They used the fake account to convince me to apply for an International Finance Corporation grant for $30,000. They gave me a number to text. When I texted the number, the person asked me for my personal information, including my name, age, occupation, address, monthly income, and my mom’s name.
