Type of a scam Tax Collection
I received a robo-call informing me that they were the Internal Revenue Service and "this was the last call before the IRS files a law suite against me. Call the IRS office at 202.602.9801 to avoid the lawsuit" I checked a reverse look up and it was suspected to be a scam. When I called the number, they answered the Internal Revenue Service and I asked them again if they were the Internal Revenue Service. They replied yes. I asked them for some identification and they hung up on me. When i called back there was no response, no ringing, no answer, nothing. I called from another number and had the same experience. I am very confident this is a scam.
