Requesting money for payment of a puppy that was purchased on Kauai, HI to be delivered to Oahu, HI . I believe the seller of the puppy was part of the scam. After $52o payment was made to the seller the shipping company requested more money from me before they would deliver stating that the shipping didn’t meet their requirements. payment was made to the seller and know he and the shipping company are ignoring my request for information.
