Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

I work for the USPS as a Postmaster in Nevada. I had a customer who received a priority mail 3-day envelope addressed to their P.O. Box. The customer brought the envelope in, and stated "I think this is fraud". After looking at the contents and the envelope itself I in fact noticed some errors that raised my suspicions. The priority click-N-ship label was printed as a Flat rate envelope, when it was a regular letter envelope. The company names on the envelope, letter, and check were all different. The addresses on all three correspondence were also different. I am attaching scanned copies of all the items. There was no money lost in this scam, but it looks legitimate, and is definitely a cause for concern.
