Type of a scam Tech Support
IT tech stated I had viruses on the computer and he could delete them, so I gave him remote access. He contacted me later and said he wanted to give me a refund for fees, so I gave him my credit card number, bank acct. number too. I have now contacted the 3 credit bureaus, my credit union and my credit card company to put alerts on my account, per advice from the BBB.
