Lazaro Sanchez was recommended by a respected friend in the community and I hired him to for very basic help/items that took multiple times to come to my house that wasted my time because he brought his family members with him and they talked with each other the entire time as if they were at a family reunion. .
He did NOT do anything correct and I have witnesses and in fact almost burned my home and I had someone else redo all his work.
He hooked up my brand new microwave with only two screws only (I did ask why so many screws were left over and he stated " I am a professional" and the next day it fill on top of my new stove and I had to buy a new one.
A task was to only remove carpet from the stairs and then just remove the nails in order for me to sand, he would not even comply with my request and hammered all the nails even further into the stairs,
He stated he was a professional plumber and yet he left live wires exposed under the dishwasher and therefore that even had to be redone.
I did pay him cash just to get rid of him as it was 11pm and no longer did I want him in my home and off course I had no idea that the microwave was going to fall on top pf my stove.
I have called him and text him asking him to do the right thing and even offered for him to take the stove and sell it if he was willing to at least meet me half way and he will not respond.
