I was contacted by a woman with a Caribbean accent on Monday, January 28th, 2019 . She stated she worked for Integrity Mediation Group and had received my information from *** *** about an account that had not been paid off. She stated that I only had a few days before *** *** sued me & insisted on taking my credit card number before I got off the phone with her to verify her company. She would not send me an email or mail to verify the company, she simply stated "*** *** would not ruin the reputation by selling their customers information to fake companies." I still declined to give her my card number but I had already verified my personal information at the beginning of the phone call. I searched everywhere on the internet & the BBB website, I do not believe this is a real company at all. I could not find any information on this company anywhere. If you call the numbers back after 5pm it goes to a generic voicemail and does not mention the company name at all. Once I blocked the two numbers she had been calling me from I received a call off of a third number that I didn’t recognize. I did not pick up and they left a voicemail simply stating "I know you may be leery about our company but you need take this matter seriously." She did not mention my name, the name of the business, or what she was referring to however, I recognized the voice from the other previous calls. I also check my credit report with *** *** and it lists the company that I now owe the debt to and it is NOT Integrity Mediation Group.

I received several voicemails stating an urgent response was needed for an important legal matter. I returned the call and the person answering asked me to verify personal information. I declined and asked the name of the company and where they are located and the person responded that it is Integrity Mediation Group based in Miami Florida, and they refused to provide any other information. I researched and could not find any information about this company, which leads me to believe it is fake and they were phishing for personal information.
