A woman called me to ask if I would be available the next day to accept papers for a court date summons. She gave me a phone number with the company handling the details so I called. John Edwards with Integrated Services answered and informed me that the summons was for a credit card balance owed of $2300 and now $4900 with late fees, etc. He gave me a CC# for a MasterCard account opened in 2006 and closed in 2013. I checked my credit that evening and found nothing even close to what he said I owed and nothing from the HSBC bank. The next day no one showed up at my office. I believe this to be a junk company fishing for unsuspecting victims, essentially a scam.

I have been contacted over several days, several times a day, by this company supposedly trying to reach my father about his debt. When I called back, I was verbally harassed about him and cursed out over the phone with name calling. The worst part, they somehow have all my personal information; birth date, social security number, etc.. This is beyond frightening to have a "company" have all my information when I am only a reference. Is there anything I can do about this?

When i asked lady for address she said no I might send her a bomb. She transferred me to some guy named joel webstein. I got his voicemail and left a message
