On Tue, Apr 7, 4:04 PM I placed an order with Inspire Ecoware™ – Premium Heating Lunch box for a birthday present for my brother. After checking with him several times no order was received. This company took $44.95 USD from my credit card – I tried to contact the company- no address and no phone # to reach them -The only way to reach them was via email. I sent an email to them Apr 17, 2020, 3:22 PM. On Thu, Apr 23, 10:58 PM https://www.inspireecoware.com/ sent me a fake tracking number. **********************- when I tracked it the number here is the information I got: ??????????? ???? I emailed them again. I received a response Sun, Apr 26, 12:10 PM stating at the end of their email the following….”If for whatever reason you are not happy with your product you may still return it for a full refund but we must receive the product back before processing any returns.” Please note no product was EVER sent!

Today June 2, 2020 I am still tracking that tracking # with NO RESULT! I am seeking your assistance to help me get my product, or my money back & to make you aware of how it appears that this company has scammed me.
